Lovely to have found you here - I never recovered from when you abandoned us in Oz, and your Good Weekend was no more. I used the Babyliss Big Hair for years based on your recommendation, and recently moved to the Dyson AirWrap which is not too bad for the grey antennas. The Sam Knight Happy Endings is fab, so will leap in and get the mask now too.
Thanks Lynda - I have missed writing this column sooooooooooo much! It's so good to get back in these shoes xxxx PS If you have any friends who you think might like it, please share one with them.
Thanks so much Robert. I'm trying to get the word out to people who used to read my Good Weekend column - it would be amazing if you could share, when you like one xxx PS hair, or not, you look as cool as ever in your elegant sarongs
My hair was always “difficult wavy”, not quite curly, not quite straight, but just irritating enough that if was cut badly by even 1mm, I looked like it was 1976 all over again for the entire 5 weeks until the next cut. Now? Full on curly weirdo. Even my always reliable widows peak has flopped and bent and looks like a refugee from a bad 80s perm salon. Menopause has a lot to answer for.
oh how I share your pain.... I have the same widow's peak issue, as you can see in the top picture. This treatment really helps and if it's just unbearable, I get a blow dry. I can make it last a week.
Great product by a brilliant man, do they do it for old fellows like me?
Definitely. I think the Happy Endings gloop should be available on the NHS for all over 60s.

Blow dries make one look old too. There’s no winning
when it's too awful, I resort to that - I feel like a news reader for a day, but after a sleeps it's sweet. I can make one last a week.
